I am trying to watch ESPN360 on a Mac G4 desktop running OSX 10.4. It won't run on 64-bit browsers, and I think I have the 64-bit Safari and Firefox versions. I've read a lot and still can't find a place to download an old version of Safari. ESPN recommends changing Safari to boot in 32-bit, but I've followed instructions, and there's no place to change it on my Safari 4.0.4.

Could I boot from a Ubuntu disk and watch it that way? Does WINE run on Macs? I've used Ubuntu to restore a friend's PC after a virus attack, and I liked the way it worked.

Thanks.

I'm not sure when they started allowing it, I have done it a few times over the years and most recently around Christmas time with my daughters phone. As far as I know you can still export, I can't verify with any of my phones since they are all smart phones without backup assistant.

When did Verizon start allowing Backup Assistant to be exported? I've been on there looking for that option and I thought you could only print out your phone list. Also, does this method still hold true for the new Backup Assistant?

Dammit! I've been going online to re-read the grub.cfg technique every time I need to change the boot order on computers.

This is sooooo much easier.

Hi all there. I have Ubuntu 9.10 64bit and this did not work for me, but this helped me a lot. I did the same "hawk" says but in my case, the folder where firefox links is "/usr/lib/firefox-3.5.8/plugins". So, copy your new "libflashplayer.so" in that folder too.

My final solution was:
-Paste libflashplayer.so in "/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins"
-Paste libflashplayer.so in "/usr/lib/firefox-3.5.8/plugins"

*Instead of 3.5.8, you may write your own firefox version.

Hope it works to you!! It worked for me. Thanks hawk.

This method works perfectly. Just watched the end of Kentucky-Tennessee without having to be in Windoze.
Now, if we can just get 'em to support us natively...
